President’s report for 2011

Dear members and friends, the past year has been a very busy year with the many issues arising from our members and others.

This year we are changing the format for our AGM this is to encourage country groups to become a part of Ratepayers Victoria.

We understand that members are reluctant to come to Melbourne to attend Annual General Meetings.

So we hope that the new system of Email involvement will generate more interest in the only group that represents Ratepayers across the State of Victoria.

The membership joining form to become a member or to renew your membership is one of the attachments.

The nomination form is another of the attachments just fill in your details and post to 8/1248 North Road Oakleigh Sth 3167

The seconder will be a committee member that we will provide when received..

WE also need new committee members sum future meeting will be via email this will we hope encourage new members

We want country members to represent us in the country.

The agenda if you are able to attend you will be most welcomed at the meeting to be held at the South Oakleigh Bowling Club 1216 North Road
